Worknet operates under two arms, Worknet Staffing (South Africa) and Worknet International (USA, UK & Australasia).
WorkNet have 2 different specialised teams managing both arms of the business.
Worknet Staffing is responsible for all Recruitment within South Africa, and Worknet International specialises in Remote Staffing, servicing the USA, Australia and the UK.

With over 20 years of experience in operations and outsourcing, Ray Cockrell serves as an accomplished Operations Director and Outsource Specialist based in South Africa. He has developed deep expertise in Employment of Record (EOR) solutions and is widely recognized as a recruitment expert, helping businesses streamline their talent strategies and achieve sustainable growth.
Beyond the boardroom, Ray is passionate about sport, proudly supporting the Springboks in rugby, following cricket, and cheering on Liverpool in the Premier League. Growing up and residing in the scenic Boland wine region, he has a deep appreciation for its rich heritage and world-class wines. A proud alumnus of one of South Africa’s top schools, Paarl Gimnasium —renowned for producing legendary Springbok rugby stars such as Jean de Villiers, Schalk Burger, Handré Pollard, De Wet Barry, Marius Joubert, and Grant Williams— Ray combines discipline, leadership, and a love of community in both his personal and professional life.
